1.0 Prohibited uses

Repeat offenses or wrongly failing to pay for items you have purchased could see the termination of your account and/or a downgrade of your account so that you may not purchase those items in the future.
1.2 Post content in the wrong categories of this site and/or create multiple listings of the same product in other categoreis of this site.
1.3 Mislead consumers and fail to deliver products that have been purchased. An example is if you can no longer contact the seller about the product. Another example is if the picture of the product changes after the buyer has purchased an item from the seller.
1.4 Price manipulation of the product after it has been sold and then asking for a price increase.
2.0 Governing or applicable law
2.1 You agree that, except to the extent inconsistent with or pre-empted by National law, the laws of the government of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern this user agreement and any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Articiceshelves, except otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.
3.0 Payments and billing
3.1 Through the site, Articiceshelves will provide consumers with a means of contacting one another to exchange goods and services. However, for any goods and services, Articiceshelves does not represent the buyer or seller for specific transactions. Articiceshelves does not control the quality, the reliability, or represent the reliability of the products to be selling in the future.
4.0 Fees
4.1 Arcticiceshelves charges fixed upfront membership fees for all goods sold. We do not charge any variable fees based on the sales volume or taking a percentage of the profit. We are advise you that we are advertising-free and gaming-free and do not ask about being contacted for such services.

We are there as a means of connecting both the buyer and seller and maintaining efficiency and productivity across the entire website.
